In order to create a harmonious and amiable t working atmosphere, continuously enhance the spiritual and cultural quality and artistic cultivation of female employees, and enjoy a confident, healthy, joyous and calm mood at leisure, on the occasion of the 113th International Women's Day, Oceanwell held a commonweal training activity of shape yoga, inviting professional yoga tutor to conduct a relaxing yoga experience activities to boost women's physical and mental health.

During the training, the yoga instructor explained in detail how to improve the hunched shoulders, ease peri-shoulder troubles and fat reduction and shaping in the waist and abdomen, and then used a combination of live demonstration and interactive experience to train various parts of the body, including the neck, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, legs and core. Under the teacher's professional guidance, everyone actively participated in the training and repeatedly practiced in a lighthearted ambience to create a more beautiful self.

March is a season of prospect.
