Beginning from August 1st, 2021, Oceanwell is taking 5 days’ work system. From 6 days’ work system to 5.5 days, to “5 and 6 as a turn”, finally, comes the 5 days. It is a milestone in the history of Oceanwell because it is a result of technology and automation. 2021 is a tough year when Corona swept the world globally. The whole word seemed to be braked suddenly. To cope with this, various measures are taking over the world. Stores, showroom etc. are forced to close. Deliveries are held on. Workers are reluctant to work outside. Hiring workers becomes much more difficult than any period. Seeing this, Oceanwell made a big decision to withdraw the attention from market to itself. To the opposite of most of companies, Oceanwell invested a lot in automation, new product development, upgrade on management system, customer manage system etc. All these significantly increase the work efficiency and make Oceanwell possible to deliver toilet seat cover, cisterns, intelligent toilet, shower seats with big quantities in very limited time. 1.    It is always true that a  good mood begins from a fresh and clean environment. As an OEM and ODM manufacturer in the sanitary field, it can be more meaningful to hold the spring clean activity. On July 26th, the first spring clean activity of Oceanwell was held smoothly in the industrial park. All members from departments like sales, purchasing, financial, manufacturing, logistical sercive etc. joined. It iwas a big gathering. Last week, Oceanwell successfully hosted an interesting sports competition. Competitions include basketball games, tug-of-war games, running, rope skipping, etc. The Olympic Games enhanced the physical fitness of employees, enhanced team cohesion, and enhanced communication between departments. Fun Games will integrate "fun" into the "team", focusing on individual dedication and collective collaboration. Among the sports events of various themed fun games, there are both collective events that test the spirit of teamwork and individual events that fully demonstrate personal style. All the departerment are join the sports meeting.Including manufacture dept,engineer dept,tooling dept,QC dept,market dept,after sale service dept,finance dept, administrative dept. It liberates everyone from the daily heavy work, allows everyone to completely release the pressure in the work, and fully enjoy the unlimited fun in life. Repression disappears in fun, confidence is strengthened in sports, understanding and communication are completed unconsciously, and collective strength is quietly gathered in infinite happiness. In the activities, wonderful scenes can be seen everywhere. The activities of each project are either lively, exciting, or full of fun. The participating team members forget the fatigue of work in the unrestrained laughter and are completely immersed in the infinite joy of fun sports.
